-Personality Stuff-

Likes 
Rain: The rain calms her down and it also soothes her, even in the most depressing moments, the rain somehow cheers her up in a weird matter...
Comfort: Comfort is a big thing for Gale, she will not rest unless if she has found a good spot to actually rest upon. And anyways no one would want to sit on the floor, or anywhere that is too hot or to cold.
Nature: You will often see Gale strolling around a nature like place, she could be strolling in a jungle, field, anywhere with at least the slightest bit of nature.

Dislikes
Bug Types: She finds bug type Pokemon to be creepy and nasty, you will never find her next to a bug type, EVER! She especially hates bug flying types, because of her traumatizing experience with a Scyther (I won't go into details)
Cold: Snow or anything that resembles cold, does not bode well for Gale, she would shiver and her body would freeze. (She is just really sensitive to the cold). In the winter, she will go up to the first Pokemon she sees and ask for help.
Fighting: She sees it as a pointless way of exerting anger. She would always try to settle things peacefully, and never physically harm a Pokemon...

Motivation: One of her motivation as going after Shard! Yes really... Gale is in love with Shard, she would never admit it, but her actions speak differently. She just can't control her body movements when trying not to say those three magic words which is "I love you"

Strengths: When in fear, her attack rises, so if she was fighting a bug type Pokemon, she would be a little bit stronger and will start to get confused after the end of the battle. If a Pokemon is in trouble she will go after it and save the weaker one, because no one should go though that pain... Her defense is almost two times her attack.

Weaknesses/Flaws: Her fear with Bug Types sometimes get in the way of her battles, and in some cases she would not even fight a bug type out of fear. She will succumb to poison easily and won't fight if she does. Ugh, she is not a fighter, she has more defense then attack so her hits won't really do much damage, but she is really durable.

Fears: Bugs... That's it (Just like Misty XD)

Personality: She has a lonely personality, her only friend is Shard (Bisharp) Her body is pretty frail to temperature changes, and her life has been changed when she moved to Purenti. She loves soft things like pillows, or... Or... Uhm... Lopunnys? Anyways, the rain soothes her, so you will always see her kneeling down looking up towards the sky with her eyes closed and an empty mind.

History

Alright then here's a touching story... (Actually I am just going to explain part of her childhood if that's fine with you)
*Ahem*
In the early days of Gale's childhood (She was a young Kirlia), she walked down the cobblestone paths, Gale had no worry, no rage, nothing. Until one day... A Syther pops out of nowhere with rage in its eyes, and a fury of a thousand Darkrais! He slashed at Kirlia, hurting her in every which way, all hope was lost for poor Gale... Until... Shard (Bisharp) was lucky enough to be there! Shard (Bisharp) uses Metal Claw and devastates its limbs... Shortly after the Syther faints, Gale gets up and notices Shard as a Pawniard (Note this is their childhood) Gale thanks Shard and they became childhood friends for 10yrs... Pawniard...Left for Purenti... 6yrs later, Gale also leaves for Purenti, she now searches for Shard, and living her daily routine of walking down the paths.
