Physique: Being a runt, Isaac is quite puny to other Jolteon, only coming to about 1"08' to the normal 2"07'. As a family keepsake, he wears a yellow topaz anklet on his front left leg
Eye Color: Green. Some say that in light, they glow with the color of an emerald
Other Scars/Markings: Various small gashes, scrapes, and other bruises are located around his body, mostly received from Pokemon that caught up to him when he stole from them. There is also a large slash that almost goes down his entire face at a slight angle, going through his right eye that he received from a Scyther that he attempted to steal from.
Abilities: Like the majority of Jolteons, Isaac can absorb electrical energy in order to heal himself.

-Personality Stuff-

Likes: Observing- Something about just spectating the lives of others appeals to Isaac. He uses it as a way to teach himself the many lessons of life that he has yet to learn, and as a way to cheer himself up seeing the more fortunate lives of others....A type of live he never got to experience, but yet makes him happy knowing that his situation seems rather uncommon. And, although he hates seeing it in this way, it helps him find the perfect moment to dash in and take what food he needs.
Helping others- As a way to try and counteract his thefts, he likes to find joy in giving help to anyone he can, even if he prefers to be sneaky about it. He'll even try to help those who he himself had wronged in whatever way he can. And of course, Isaac seeks nothing in return, the great joy of just being a good Pokemon is more than enough for him(but he will kindly accept gifts from those looking to leave presents for the unknown Pokemon that helped them)
Battling-It may be a rare pleasure that he gets to experience, but Isaac has a joy for battling. Matching wits with another is just so thrilling to the boy, even if he's just watching one take place. 


Dislikes: Stealing- As much as Isaac seems to have to do it, he utterly despises the wrongs he has committed. If he could find another way to get food, he would use it without hesitation. And if he sees another trying to steal, he'll try to stop them because it's just never a good thing to steal......Even if it seems it's your only option.
Bullies- Having to deal with them for most of his young life means he knows what bullies can do, especially to someone smaller than them. Needless to say, he hates them, and if he sees one trying to bully another, you can be sure that he'll try to stop it. Not everyone has to go through the abuse he's had to go through....
Quiet Pokemon- It's not that he really dislikes people who are quiet...He just doesn't prefer to try and talk with them. Being a bit shy and awkward himself, trying to hold a conversation with another just creates an awkward, uncomfortable moment for Isaac. Perhaps when he builds up his confidence, he'll be more willing to talk to these types...


Motivation: Isaac is trying to overcome his timid nature and find some friends to be around....With very slow progress and limited success...But he's working on it. Other than that...He's just trying to survive.

Strengths: Being small has it's advantages...He can get into places that most of his species couldn't, and his small size allows him to run fast even for a Jolteon, and this has been improved upon with rigorous training. He has a strong sense of justice, helping anyone he can whenever possible, even if he does try to remain hidden while doing so. Because he frequents in staying back and observing, he is usually aware of how someone else may be feeling, which would help him out when he does try to interact with others. He is very "street smart" for his age, so he is good at solving real life problems.

Weaknesses/Flaws: Being smaller than usual unfortunately makes Isaac very fragile, so he can't take many hits, and means that he's not very strong physically. Although he has good street smarts, his book smarts is pretty lacking, so he's not good at solving problems that don't have to deal with common sense/logic. Isaac is very shy when it comes to interaction with others, so he tries to avoid direct interaction at first, and it takes awhile to get him to open up.

Fears: In a way...Isaac is afraid of just about everyone. It seems like all others have done for him was give him pain and suffering....He knows not everyone is like that, but he can't help but get very nervous if someone gets too close in fear of what they may do to him. He's trying his best to get over this fear by doing things for others indirectly for now...But he's making slow progress at best.

Personality: Isaac, as you have probably gathered by now, is incredibly shy and timid when it comes to direct interaction. Though, he wants to change, he wants to make a friend, but he can't get over his fears quite yet. He can open up to people, but only to those who are very kind and patient enough to wait for him to warm up to them.When he does speak, he is often quiet and kind of slow in doing so, and often with a stutter. But yet, he's very full of guilt because of the many cases of theft of food he's committed..So full of guilt in fact, that he often can't get himself to run for long if he is under pursuit by a victim...Which usually leads to him getting a beating, one that he does very little to defend himself from...but there have been a few that were kind enough to let him get away, or even offer him more. He is also very generous to others, giving them help whenever he can...He'll even help a victim of his by leaving them a Cheri Berry, since part of his little plan is to paralyze a victim just long enough to run away. And by anyone, I do mean anyone, including those that have done nothing but hurt him in some way. Sometimes...He ends up getting into fights that he could never win, usually  when protecting someone else.

Backstory: There was once a time where Isaac was very open...But this was only during his very early childhood...His parents neglected him, his brothers constantly bullied him, as well as seemingly everyone else, to the point where he climbed into his metaphorical shell, and shut himself off from most of the world.The only reason he survived was because his sisters, Kaida and Hope, always tried to be there for him. His two sisters stood up for him whenever possible, taught him a lot of what he knows, put aside their own food so Isaac wouldn't starve, and even helped him find a Thunderstone in order to evolve, and made him the anklet he wears to this day in remembrance of them. But, at the young age of 2 and a half, everything started to crumble....a huge storm came seemingly out of nowhere, causing the family to become separated. When he woke up the next day, he found himself in an entirely different place, alone....He had to grow up long before his time. He wasn't strong enough to climb up trees to reach berries, and his electricity would surely burn them to the point of not being able to be eaten...So, he only had two options, steal what food he can....or die. He found it hard to bring himself to do this, but he had the thought that he could still help them...even if he had to steal from them. At first, he found many that could easily outrun him and easily catch up to him. But, one day, he stole from a Scyther that somehow learned Extremespeed. Of course, the Scyther caught up to him very easily and had pinned Isaac to the ground. Instead of hurting him like Isaac expected, he simply asked if he was sorry, and if he had a convenient alternative. After a nervous nod and a "no", the Scyther said that he would teach him the ways of Extremespeed. After about a month, the young Jolteon had learned to perform the move himself....But, the Scyther had a price. "If you want to improve one thing, another thing must be weakened." The Scyther proclaimed as he pinned him down, and slashed through his right eye before allowing him to leave. In the process of learning this move, Isaac's speed at increased by a great amount. But, as stated before, he could rarely overcome his guilt and run away, meaning that he also rarely uses this new move for thievery...He instead uses it for good, such as quickly getting someone small away from a bully. Now, he wanders the island, taking what he must, and searching the island, looking for anyone that may be in need, or possibly a friend...
